Connolly Bove Successfully Represents Cereza Energy In Sale Of Assets And Settlement
Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz LLP effectively represented Cereza Energy Inc. in the sale of its gas-recovery operations at the Cherry Island Landfill in Wilmington to the Delaware State Waste Authority. This transaction is reportedly valued at more than $14.5 million. In connection with the consummation of the sale, Connolly Bove was also able to settle all outstanding litigation between Cereza Energy and the Delaware State Waste Authority.
