The Nemours Building is located in downtown Wilmington, Delaware, two hours from New York and Washington, D.C., one hour from Baltimore. The building is just 4 blocks from I-95 and 25 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport.

From Philadelphia and I-95 South

1. Take I-95 South through Chester to Wilmington.
2. Follow I-95 South to Exit 7B marked "52 South, Delaware Avenue."
3. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left at the light onto Route 52.
4. Bear left at the split.
5. Follow Delaware Avenue to the second traffic light (Tatnall Street).
6. The Nemours Building is located on the right.
7. The entrance to the building is at either Tatnall or North Orange Streets.

From Route 202

1. Follow Route 202 to the I-95 intersection.
2. Take I-95 South and follow directions from I-95 South.

From Baltimore on I-95 North

1. Follow I-95 North to Wilmington, take Exit 7 marked "Route 52, Delaware Avenue."
2. Take Exit 7 to street level and make a right on to Adams Street.
3. Follow Adams Street to the third traffic light.
4. Make a right on to Delaware Avenue.
5. Bear left at the split.
6. Follow Delaware Avenue to the second traffic light (Tatnall Street).
7. The Nemours Building will be on your right.
8. The entrance to the building is at either Tatnall or North Orange Streets.

From New Jersey (New Jersey Turnpike)

1. Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to the Delaware Memorial Bridge.
2. After crossing the Delaware Memorial Bridge, follow signs to I-95 North.
3. Follow directions from I-95 North.

 

Available Parking:

Central Parking – Located between West and Tatnall Streets on 11th Street, diagonally across the street from the Nemours Building.

Community Service Parking – Located between Tatnall and Orange Streets on 11th Street, directly across the street from the Nemours Building.

Please see the building security guard station for a visitor pass and proceed to the 9th floor receptionist.
