The Summer Associate Program
Professional Development
Our summer associates work closely with and learn from our attorneys and experienced staff in various practice areas. Our entire team helps to make our Firm an enjoyable place to practice law. We hire summer associates with various career interests and attempt to gear summer work assignments to those interests. These assignments are similar to those that are assigned to new full time associates in their first and second years.
Our summer associates attend court proceedings, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and Delaware Court of Chancery proceedings, interviews, depositions, client conferences and a variety of social events. This program is designed to allow students to experience life as a Connolly Bove associate and to appreciate the benefits of being a part of our unique working and living environment.
