Throughout the year we seek associates with the skills and dedication to contribute to our success. Associates are hired for all practice areas in all three of our offices.
We do not hire unless we see the potential for eventual partnership. Associates are evaluated formally twice per year, and our partners give regular feedback throughout the year to help our associates to develop their skills.
