
Scott Swenson is an Associate in the firm’s Business Law Group. He represents clients in a variety of areas including Delaware corporate counseling, alternative entities and joint ventures, business planning, trust litigation and taxation.
His extensive experience in public interest law includes serving as an attorney guardian ad litem for the Office of the Child Advocate, representing prisoners in civil rights cases for the Federal Civil Panel, and serving as an advocate for Philadelphia food stamp recipients, where he litigated opposite the Department of Public Welfare in numerous cases within the administrative system.
