Michael G. Verga is Of Counsel in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. Michael represents clients in a variety of matters including antitrust, copyrights, counseling, due diligence, licensing, transactions, patent prosecution, patent reissue and reexamination, trademarks and unfair competition and trade secrets in the electrical and medical device arts.

Michael has significant experience in procuring both domestic and foreign patents in the fields of telecommunications, control system, data processing, graphical user interfaces, image and signal processing, networking, data communications, integrated circuits, computer architecture, digital and analog circuits, semiconductor fabrication, optics,  medical devices and all levels of software.
