Matthew ("Matt") F. Boyer is a Partner in the firm’s Business Law Group. Matt practices in the areas of business litigation, employment law and government relations. He has represented clients in the U.S. Supreme Court, the Third Circuit and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals, and all major Delaware federal and state courts. In April 2008, the Delaware Superior Court appointed Matt as Special Master for pre-trial proceedings in asbestos-related personal injury cases.
