James ("Jim") D. Heisman is a Partner in the firm's Intellectual Property and Business Law Groups. He represents clients in a variety of areas including commercial litigation, construction law and intellectual property litigation.

Jim has extensive experience in the litigation of intellectual property matters before various federal couts, the American Arbitration Association and the International Chamber of Commerce. Jim has given a CLE course on the subject of Testimonial Privileges in Patent Litigation in addition to courses taught on construction law. Jim also provides local counseling services for out of state clients before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
