Henry ("Hank") E. Gallagher, Jr. is a Partner in the firm’s Business Law Group. Hank is a member of the firm's Management Committee.

He has served by appointment of the Delaware Supreme Court on its Board of Bar Examiners and its Board of Professional Responsibility. He has been appointed by the Delaware Court of Chancery as a custodian or receiver of several troubled corporations.
