Gregory ("Greg") J. Weinig is a Partner in the firm’s Business Law Group. He practices in the areas of estates and trusts, including business and estate planning, probate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation; taxation; and corporate, trust, and alternative entity opinions. He is a past chair of the Estates and Trusts Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.

His pro bono activities include the representation of clients through the Low Income Tax Clinic of Legal Services Corporation of Delaware, Inc., and other indigent clients with estate planning needs.

A Delaware native, Greg’s focus on wills and estates stems from his lifelong interest in genealogy. Tracing his ancestors has led him to travel and research extensively in the United States and Europe. He is also a member of several family associations and historical organizations, and he intends to publish articles in genealogical journals in the near future.
