
Chad S.C. Stover is an Associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Group. He represents clients in a variety of areas, including patent litigation, antitrust litigation, counseling and opinions, due diligence, licensing and transactions, trademark and copyright litigation, and unfair competition and trade secret litigation. In addition, Chad assists clients in resolving their general business disputes.
He also serves as Delaware counsel for out of state clients before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
Prior to joining the firm, Chad practiced intellectual property law, including both patent litigation and prosecution, with one of the largest firms in the Southeast. After returning to his home state of Delaware, he practiced for over two years with another leading Delaware firm.
