Arthur ("Chip") G. Connolly III is a Partner in the firm’s Business Law Group. Chip is the chair of the firm’s Business Law Group and a member of the firm's Associate Evaluation Committee.

He represents clients in a variety of areas including corporate litigation, commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, general corporate services, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, Delaware corporate counseling, alternative entities and joint ventures, Delaware Opinions, Delaware holding companies and government relations.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ministry of Caring, Inc. and the Laffey-McHugh Foundation.
